Edward and Jesse Wu's Story
2019, Edward and Jessie Wu were living in Taiwan. Edward says, “We knew we would be moving back in 2020. We contacted Keller Williams Southwest (KWSW) agent Sandra Tsui to help us purchase our first home. Sandra is a family friend.” The Wus were focused on Katy. “For a year,” says Edward, “Sandra constantly sent us houses to look at. I’m extremely picky. I would reject houses and tell Sandra what I didn’t like. She never got impatient with me, and the persistence helped refine our search to zero in on what we wanted. Several times, I apologized to Sandra because I felt I was wasting her time. I admit…! can be difficult. But Sandra always responded that finding the right house is her job. She is very friendly and easy to talk to.”
“Sandra really pushed us to consider Sugar Land as well as Katy,” continues Edward. “I really wasn’t familiar with either area, but I was pretty set on Katy. Sandra thought the conveniences of Sugar Land might be better for my family. We agreed to explore both once we were back in the United States.”
“In the end,” says Edward, “Sandra was right about a lot of things. We found the perfect home at the perfect location in Sugar Land. Several other people were also checking out the house, and we were afraid we would not get it. Sandra was on top of it. She stayed in contact with the other agent, and got the deal done. There were no issues, and we were able to close pretty quickly. The transaction was very smooth. All the pickiness paid off. We love this home! I absolutely recommend Sandra. She is professional, punctual, a great communicator, and she gets the job done.”
