Managing Broker of the Year: Andi St. Jean, Keller Williams

We have the winners for the annual Houston Agents’ Choice Awards by Houston Agent magazine! This was an opportunity for real estate professionals from around the Houston area to vote for the top players in the industry — including brokers, developers, lenders, rookies, and more! Congratulations!

When Andi St. Jean joined Keller Williams nearly 20 years ago, she immediately recognized that it was more than just a real estate firm — it was a community with a distinctive mission. At that time, Keller Williams was still growing, but St. Jean saw something special that aligned perfectly with her values. Guided by the firm’s core principles of God, Family and Business, St. Jean and her husband, Chad, embarked on a leadership journey within the organization, one they felt was part of a greater plan.

Today, Andi St. Jean is the broker overseeing three thriving Houston-area offices: Keller Williams Southwest in Sugar Land, Keller Williams Signature in Katy, and Keller Williams Houston Central in East Downtown.

St. Jean is dedicated to supporting and empowering others within the firm, placing a strong emphasis on the company’s guiding principles that prioritize customers, honesty, integrity and teamwork. She is committed to teaching agents how to achieve win-win outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of integrity.

In addition to her professional responsibilities, St. Jean is a devoted mother of four sons, seamlessly balancing her career with her family life.
