When Zeeshan Syed was ready to list his luxury home, he spoke to several area agents, including the agent he had used in the past. Zeeshan says, ” Due to the hot market, agents are busy. To promote Zeeshan’s home, The B and P Team created an immersive video highlighting the luxury features of the house. It attracted thousands of viewers. “The team did a great job. Both the photography and the 3D virtual walkthrough of the house were amazing. We had several contracts on the home before we got ‘the one’. Imran and Pinky were very good about keeping me up to date. They would discuss the market with me, and why in their opinion I should or should not take each offer. We ultimately accepted a cash offer, and the closing happened in 10 days. It was fast and smooth.”
